ONLINE VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION REGISTRATION IS OPEN:  The registration system allows for members to donate the credit card fees to AOH. Please consider including the credit card fees with your registration. Donating your credit card fees saves AOH several thousand dollars per year. This year's annual meeting will be a hybrid meeting.
 

YOU MUST BE CURRENT IN YOUR DUES TO REGiSTER FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING 2023

1) To pay your membership dues for 2025 click on RENEW MEMBERSHIP.  After you login to your account scroll down to process your dues.
    Full Member Dues - $125, Associate Member Dues - $50

2) To pay 2025 membership dues without registering for the annual meeting, click on RENEW MEMBERSHIP.  After you login to your account scroll down to process your dues.

3) Inperson and hybrid registration fees are based on the following dates:

• $495.00  -  Full Member: Early Bird Annual Meeting Registration Fee through October 31
• $295.00  -  Associate Member: Early Bird Annual Meeting Registration Fee through October 31
• $575.00  -  Full Member: Annual Meeting Registration Fee begins November 1 - November 15
• $355.00  -  Associate Member: Annual Meeting Registration Fee begins November 1 - November 15

Hotel Reservations - Guests can call reservations at 804.344.7000. When calling, attendees must identify themselves as a member of the Group in order to obtain the Group's rate.

The Richmond Omni Hotel is pleased to offer the use of an online group reservations system. Reservations must be before the cut-off date in order to be eligible for the group rate. Room rate - $179 USD

Reservation Policy: All reservations for arrival after 6:00 PM must be accompanied by a first night room deposit plus then applicable state and local taxes, or guaranteed with a major credit card, or guaranteed by Group. Hotel will not hold any reservation after 6:00 PM unless secured by one of the above methods. In the event a guest wishes to cancel a reservation, the deposit is refundable if notice is received before 5:00 PM, three (3) days prior to the day of arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. 

Cancellation and Deposit Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which must be supplied at the time of booking
Any guaranteed reservation not canceled 72 hours before arrival will be subject to a one-night room and tax cancellation fee.

HOTEL CONTRACTED COMMITMENT:  Please note: Using our Academy hotel helps us reach the minimum room block that permits us to obtain substantially reduced prices for our meetings. Failing to meet that bloc can lead to a substantial cost penalty to the Academy. Please consider the impacts on the Academy if considering other housing.
